The students of Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University (CMSDU) have been successfully organizing an intellectual convergence called sanMilan … Meeting of Minds since 2004. It is now an eagerly awaited convergence and an important component of the Dibrugarh University calendar attended by students of various colleges / institutes and people from the corporate community.

This year's Keynote Address will be given by Mr. Nirmal Kumar Agarwal. He is the Resident Chief Executive of Oil India Limited, Duliajan.
Mr. Nirmal Kumar Agarwal have been the Executive Director (Audit), OIL and has taken over as Resident Chief Executive of Oil India Limited’s Fields’ Headquarters at Duliajan with effect from June 1, 2010.
Agarwal graduated from Dibrugarh University in commerce stream in 1973, and became a chartered accountant in 1977. Initially he worked with SAIL at Bhilai Steel Plant and joined OIL in 1980. Prior to his posting to OIL’s Corporate Office as Executive Director (Audit), he worked as General Manager & Group General Manager (Finance & Accounts) at OIL fields’ headquarters in Duliajan. A fellow member of two premier national institutes, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Agarwal underwent training in Oil & Gas Accounting at University of Texas, USA, Senior Management Course in ASCI, Hyderabad and MDI, Gurgaon wherein he had an exposure at premier management institutes in Europe.
